Artist Barbara Packard, Governor Gregoire and Olympic National Forest Supervisor Dale Hom of the U.S. Forest Service unveil Ms. Packard's drawing of the 2006 U.S. Capitol Christmas Tree. 2006 is the first year that Washington has provided the U.S. Capitol tree.
